Joel Woods is a performer, composer, conductor and educator of plucked string instruments. Having grown up in North Queensland, Woods moved to Brisbane to pursue study at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music and graduating with a Masters in Music Studies (Guitar Performance) and going on to perform as a soloist with the Queensland Symphony Orchestra, Queensland Mandolin Orchestra, Melbourne Mandolin Orchestra and The Australis Germany Tour.
