The commitment to a life-long union is a sacred occasion, and we are delighted you are thinking of our churches for the setting for your ceremony! Rev’d Deb would be pleased to officiate your service in one of our churches or another venue, or it may be possible for another licensed Anglican priest to officiate in our churches.

We regret that national church rules do not permit us to celebrate weddings for couples of the same gender. However, we are pleased to be able to offer the blessing of a couple following a civil marriage, either at the end of your civil service, or at another time.
Blessing of Civil Marriages and Renewal of Vows Services
It is a long-standing custom of the church to offer prayers for the blessing of people who wish to renew their marriage vows or seek God’s blessing on a marriage that was performed in a civil context or in another jurisdiction. If you would like to arrange a time for your marriage vows to be renewed or your civil wedding to be blessed, please get in contact so we may discuss the most appropriate form of ceremony and the best time for it to happen.
Wedding and Blessing Services are generally conducted Saturday afternoons, however other days may be possible.
